Chris Radio is an independent Discord bot created to bring Christmas radio stations and related seasonal features to Discord servers. It is not owned, operated, endorsed, or sponsored by Discord.
Chris Radio is operated from the European Union. These terms are intended to be understood in line with applicable European Union laws where they apply.

By inviting, configuring, or using Chris Radio, you agree to these Terms of Service and to Discord's own terms, policies, and community rules. If you manage a server, you are responsible for making sure the bot is used in a way that fits your server's rules and local requirements.
Chris Radio is offered as a free service. Some features may change, be removed, or become temporarily unavailable while we maintain the bot, fix issues, improve performance, or respond to abuse.
Chris Radio lets users play publicly available online radio streams in Discord voice channels. The bot may also provide simple information, countdown, support, and configuration features related to the service.
The radio stations are provided by third parties. Chris Radio does not claim ownership over those streams and does not imply a partnership with any station unless this is stated clearly.
You may not use Chris Radio to spam, harass, disrupt servers, bypass Discord limitations, overload the service, attempt unauthorized access, exploit bugs, or break any applicable law or Discord rule.
You may not copy, resell, rebrand, or misuse the bot, website, branding, source code, or related materials without permission from the owner.
Server administrators can remove Chris Radio from their server at any time through Discord. We may also block, limit, or remove access to Chris Radio for servers or users that abuse the service, create security risks, or repeatedly break these terms.
We try to keep Chris Radio online and stable, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. The bot depends on Discord, hosting providers, internet connectivity, and third-party radio streams. Any of these can fail, change, or become unavailable without notice.
Chris Radio may link to Discord, radio stream providers, support pages, or other third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, availability, privacy practices, or policies of third-party services.
Chris Radio is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not promise that the service will always be error-free, secure, uninterrupted, compatible with every server setup, or suitable for every purpose.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Chris Radio and its operator are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages related to use of the bot, inability to use the bot, service interruptions, third-party streams, Discord outages, or server configuration decisions.
We may update these terms when the service changes or when legal, security, or operational reasons require it. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of Chris Radio after changes means you accept the updated terms.
