Chris Radio is an independent Discord bot. For privacy questions, data requests, or support, contact us through the Discord support server or by email at contact@justpaul.ro.
Chris Radio is operated from the European Union. We aim to handle personal data in a clear, limited, and responsible way, in line with the GDPR where it applies.
Chris Radio is designed to collect as little information as possible. We do not sell user data, do not use advertising profiles, do not record voice audio, and do not read private messages. Some Discord identifiers and technical information may still be processed because the bot needs them to work, prevent abuse, and provide support.
Depending on how the bot is used, Chris Radio may process Discord user IDs, server IDs, channel IDs, role or permission checks, command names, command options, bot configuration, selected radio station, volume settings, and basic technical logs.
If you contact us for support, we may also process the information you choose to send, such as screenshots, server details, messages in the support server, or your email address.
Chris Radio does not collect Discord passwords, Discord tokens, payment details, private messages, or voice audio recordings. The bot does not listen to, store, transcribe, or analyze conversations in voice channels.
We use the limited information above to operate the bot, play radio streams in the correct voice channel, remember server settings, respond to commands, prevent abuse, fix bugs, keep the service secure, and answer support requests.
Where privacy law requires a legal basis, we rely on legitimate interests to operate, secure, and improve Chris Radio, and on consent or user action when a server owner invites the bot or a user interacts with it. You can remove the bot from a server at any time if you no longer want it to operate there.
Server configuration may be kept for as long as Chris Radio remains in that server or until the configuration is deleted. Technical logs are kept only for as long as reasonably needed for security, debugging, and abuse prevention. Support messages may remain in the support channel or email inbox unless you ask us to delete them where possible.
We do not sell personal data. Information may be processed through Discord because Chris Radio runs on Discord, and through hosting or infrastructure providers used to keep the bot online. We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect the service, or to investigate abuse or security issues.
Discord and hosting providers may process data in different countries. When you use Chris Radio, your information may be handled outside your country depending on Discord's infrastructure and the hosting services used by the bot.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the bot and the limited information it processes. No online service can be guaranteed to be completely secure, but we aim to keep access limited and only process what is needed.
You can stop using Chris Radio at any time. Server administrators can remove the bot from a server through Discord. You may also contact us to ask what information may be associated with your Discord ID or server, request correction or deletion where possible, or object to certain processing.
If you are in the European Economic Area or another region with privacy rights, you may also have rights to access, deletion, correction, restriction, objection, portability, and to complain to a data protection authority.
The Chris Radio website is a static website. It does not require an account and does not intentionally set tracking cookies. Your browser may still contact third-party services when you open external links, such as Discord invite links.
We may update this Privacy Policy when the bot, website, or legal requirements change. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
For privacy requests or questions, contact us through the Discord support server or by email at contact@justpaul.ro.
